Shelley Wakeling - 2013Shelley Wakeling racing her Honda

Driver: Shelley Wakeling

2012 Shelley finished 8th overall in the British Rallycross Championship. This was quite an achievement considering she only finished 3 out of the 6 rounds. It was a mixed year in which she started the with the car as standard from 2011. Half way through the season the clever boys at Revivals fitted a ‘super charger’. She then had her best races to date in the British category but an unfortunate roll at round 4 saw Shelley’s day finish early. She then had a diff break at Round 5 which she then decided to call her season a day & get ready for 2013. 2012 also saw Shelley secure her first sponsor deal ‘ONEDRYWASH’

2013 Shelley started her year appearing in the Live Autosport International Show at the NEC, with Terry Grant & Emma Cox. Terry is a multiple World Record Holder so to be taught by the best in the business is such an awesome experience. Shelley also has three more Stunt shows booked throughout 2013 at Santa Pod. Dates are March 17th, Easter weekend 30th, 31st March & 1st April, 25th – 27th May. Shelley will miss the first Rallycross event but will be raring to go for Round 2 at Mallory Park in April.
